Refunds are subject to a 30% course withdrawal fee and are available until one week prior to camp start - no refunds are available after this time.

All payments are non-transferable between individuals.

Gateway Academy reserves the right to cancel any program due to situations beyond our control.

In cases where a program is cancelled before classes start, a full refund will be issued.

For cancellations that occur after the program has started, a pro-rated refund will be provided for classes that have not taken place.
